FAQ

1. Who can attend?

  • Campers who have successfully completed kindergarten through fifth grade are eligible to attend the summer camp. All students must have appropriate independent work skills and behavior for academic activity within a loosely structured learning environment.

 

2. Who cares for my child?

  • ​Our Summer camp uses credentialed teachers and caring professionals who have been screened and evaluated to assist during the day.

 

3. What are the hours?

  • Our Beaufort Summer Camp operates from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m with early drop-off from 7:45 am. Classes begin at 8:00 a.m. unless otherwise specified. Extended care runs from 3:00-4:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified, for an additional fee. 

 

4. What is the weekly tuition?

  • ​Tuition is $125 per week.  Due to the limited availability at the camp there are no refunds.

  1. Sibling Discount - Siblings get $10 off each week when first child pays the regular fee. 

  2. Military Discount - Active duty military receives $10 off each camp.  Sibling discount is not included. Must provide proof of Active Duty. 

 

5. What if I cannot pick my child up on time?

  • You will be charged a $20 per day late pickup fee. This charge applies to all summer camps. Late pick up fee - $15 Children in all camps must be picked up within 15 minutes of a session's conclusion to avoid late pick up fee. Late fee will be assessed after each 15 minute increment.

 

6. What should my child wear?

  • ​Play clothes are suggested so that the child is comfortable; and closed-toe shoes. Please no short shorts or skirts. 

 

7. What should or shouldn't my child bring?

  • ​Campers should NOT bring cell phones or personal electronic devices to Summer Camp. 

 

8. When do I pay?

  • Your child spot at the camp is not secured until payment is received. Spaces are limited. Your 1st week payment is due when you register your child. For any additional week(s) A $50 Non-refundable deposit per week will hold your child spot.
